These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between ck000 ("we", "Platform") and the user ("you", "Member"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the ck000 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using ck000.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

3 Account Management

3.1 Password Security

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Before a withdrawal, or at any time, ck000 may request documents (National ID, passport, or birth certificate) for identity verification. Failure to submit documents on time may delay the withdrawal process.

3.3 Account Inactivity

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. A maintenance charge may apply to inactive accounts and will be deducted from the balance. Contact support to reactivate your account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Before this bonus becomes withdrawable, a 15x wagering requirement must be met. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is only usable within a specific time period — the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another member.
• ck000 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and originating funds will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

The ck000 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Members can move up to higher tiers based on regular gameplay and activity on the platform. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.6% at Silver, up to 0.9% at Gold, and up to 1.2% at Platinum. VIP benefits are subject to change and ck000 reserves the right to update the VIP terms at any time.

6 Fair Play Policy

ck000 uses world-class Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and SSL encryption to ensure fair and transparent outcomes across all games. No individual or party can influence game results. ck000 is committed to ensuring fair play.

• Game outcomes are determined entirely independently.
• If a technical error occurs in a game, the bets for that round may be cancelled and funds will be returned.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Playing games with the help of bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Accessing another member's account without permission.
• Bonus abuse or strategic bonus hunting/arbitrage.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's systems or network.
• Defrauding, intimidating, or harassing other members.
• Spreading false information on the platform.

In the event of a violation of these rules, ck000 reserves the right to permanently close the account and take legal action.

8 Responsible Gaming
